Vehicle FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do our vehicles come with any documentation?
A. Nearly all our vehicles will come with a V5, and MOT. Service history and Tax will be down to the individual vehicle, and stated on the vehicles description if it possesses either. We cannot Tax vehicles unfortunately.

Q. Are the vehicles still for sale?
A. More than likely! Our website is updated every 2 hours.

Q. Can I test drive and view a vehicle?
A. Yes, anytime during opening hours, upon the production of a current driving licence to test drive. All the vehicles are normally on site, unless at valet, so please ring in advance if possible.

Q. Can I do a Part Exchange?
A. Yes we welcome part exchanges, and we will do the best deal we can across the vehicles in question. We do need to see the vehicles in order to value them. In cases where there is a fair distance involved, we can usually give a guide price from E-Mailed pictures and details.

Q. Are your prices negotiable?
A. We do price the vehicles competitively start with. But if you would like to make a sensible offer we will see if we can negotiate a little depending on the vehicle.

Q. Can I drive a vehicle away the same day?
A. If there is Tax and Mot on the vehicle, you are most welcome to take the vehicle upon the receipt of cleared funds, otherwise just leave a deposit, and collect the vehicle when those issues are sorted.

Q. Can I reserve a vehicle?
A. All vehicles are sold on a first come first serve basis. Once you have viewed a vehicle, it is possible to place a deposit of a maximum £100 over the phone to secure a vehicle for 7 days. It is not possible to place a deposit on a vehicle not yet viewed, as deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, we will reserve a vehicle for the duration of your journey, please contact our staff in this instance.

Q. Is there any VAT on the vehicles?
A. Only on Commercial vehicles, Plant, Machinery and Number Plates, unless otherwise stated.

Q. Are the vehicles HPI clear?
A. Some repossessed vehicles will carry a marker initially, which will be removed upon sale of the vehicle. This is guaranteed by ourselves to be the case. Some vehicles on sale will be recorded as HPI Cat C’s or D’s where stated on the vehicle’s description, from previously recorded events.
